My Thoughts on AEW

Tony Khan
He may be a good business man in other aspects, but in wrestling, he has no clue what he is doing. He lacks creativity to create amazing storylines. He seems like he would rather be one of the boys, instead of a boss. He needs to stop being one of the boys, and be more like a boss. Plus, he needs to bring in people to help him in the creative department.

To much mention of WWE
As a fan who grew up in the Attitude Era/Monday Night War, it was a new concept to hear the rival company take shots at the other company. Well AEW took that concept and ran with it way to much. In the beginning it was ok, but 5 years in and its just way to annoying, like it makes it seem that is how they stay relevant or something. I gave up watching the company every week because of it (well of the reasons). But I do tend to read up on it when other people talk about AEW. The mention of WWE is something they need to give up. Just move on from it.

Championships
All Elite Wrestling
1. AEW World Championship
2. AEW TNT Championship
3. AEW International Championship
4. AEW Continental Championship
5. AEW Women's World Championship
6. AEW TBS Championship
7. AEW World Tag Team Championship
8. AEW World Trios Championship
9. FTW Championship

Ring of Honor
1. ROH World Championship
2. ROH World Television Championship
3. ROH Pure Championship
4. ROH Women's World Championship
5. ROH Women's World Television Championship
6. ROH World Tag Team Championship
7. ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship

That is a whole lot of championships AEW features or try to feature each week. They need to stop having ROH championships feature on AEW programming. Make ROH their developmental territory.

Plus,
1. AEW Women's Tag Team Championship
2. AEW Mixed Tag Team Championship

These championships has been mention on wanting to do at some point, but that is way to much. They need to drop some championships.

Ratings
I know a lot of fans don't care about ratings, but the fact that they did good numbers in the beginning, and now they are doing around the 600,000 and 700,000 range. They really need to get their head out of their a$$, and get the creativity a flowing and get those numbers back up. I want to see AEW succeed. I was happy when they launched in 2019 giving wrestlers another choice of where to wrestle other than TNA (formerly Impact Wrestling) and WWE, plus giving wrestling fans another choice of what to watch in Pro Wrestling. Like if you don't like WWE, you got TNA and AEW. If you don't like TNA, you got WWE and AEW. If you don't like AEW, you got WWE and TNA. It is truly amazing to have more options when it comes to wrestling companies like that. Right now I don't see AEW as competition to WWE, as their ratings are just way to low. To compete, they really need to do something in the creative department to help see those ratings rise.

As for WWE and AEW working together, I don't see how it would benefit WWE. However, it would benefit AEW. Plus, with them taking shots at WWE, why would WWE want to work with them. I mean yeah WWE would take the better route and not let it get in the way of doing business, if it felt right and if it would be beneficial for both companies. But right now, I don't see it happening as I'm sure TK would want his people to go over the WWE people, which is not the best way to do business. TK needs to get his ego in check to properly work with WWE.

WWE 2K22 Top 10 Hit List of Features and Innovations

1. Redesigned Gameplay Engine
2. New Controls
3. Stunning Graphics
4. Immersive Presentation
5. New 2K Showcase
6. MyGM
7. MyFaction
8. MyRISE
9. Univere Mode
10. Creation Suite

After a long silence, WWE 2K came out with some info on WWE 2K22. The video talking about the Top 10 Hit List was very impressive. Graphics look amazing. New modes, returning modes, renamed modes. But very little is known about the List given. The wait for January just seems like forever. Will the wait be worth it? Well, I think so. This little tease should make WWE 2K22 a must have WWE game in a very long time to most people. Can't wait for January to get here to get more information on WWE 2K22. But, also got more in depth with this list.

Redesigned Gameplay Engine: Gonna be interesting to see how much this is different from past games.

New Controls: Gonna be interesting picking this up. Some have said that this might be a little more difficult, but maybe some will be able to pick it up quick and get use to it pretty quick.

Stunning Graphics: Gotta say from what I have seen, it just looks so amazing. Hopefully, it will look like what has been shown in the final product.

Immersive Presentation: Everything just looks good.

New 2K Showcase: One of the modes I have enjoyed since its introduction. Love playing matches from a Rivalry or Superstars Career. Question is, Is it just Rey Mysterio or will there be more? As well as what unlockables will there be? Championships? Arenas? Legends? Alternate Attires? Waiting forever to have these questions forever. But still worth it.

MyGM: Since it hasn't been seen since WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008, and a highly request mode, it has finally returned. How much changes has been made since the 3 games it was previously in?

MyFACTION: Not to sure what to think of this. Need more information on it to give better thoughts.

MyRISE: The new name for MyCAREER. Hopefully, this will be just as good, if not better than the previous years since it was introduced.

Universe Mode: I love this mode. Loved it since it was introduced back in WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011. This is a mode I've been wanting for years. It is fun to play, and since it was introduced, it has been getting better every year. Hopefully, it will be improved a whole lot.

Creation Suite: Gonna be interesting to see what has been improved in this. How will the created characters gonna look? How realistic will the championships look? What arenas will people be able to create? etc. It seems like every year it gets more and more impressive. Adding more and more stuff to use.

I just love all WWE games. But WWE 2K22 is gonna be the most interesting one. Due to 2021 being the year we see many WWE Superstars being released. How many of these Alumni and Legends we see in the game. Hopefully in January 2022 we will get the roster reveal to get some answers to the WWE 2K22 Roster.
